We recently did the wedding photography for a lovely couple called Jeni & Adam. They got married at Brighton Town Hall and had the reception at Fabrica Gallery in the centre of Brighton.

Yes thats right we’ve shot a wedding lomo style
The bride Abi, is known as Microabi on flickr and is a very accomplished photographer herself. Her camera of choice is the Holga. Its a plastic fantastic camera that uses medium format and a square crop. She loves this camera so much that she asked us to shoot the wedding with a Holga and a Lomo LC-A as well as our digital cameras. Its the first wedding that we’ve been asked to shoot in a Lomo style.
Obviously we jumped at the chance and called upon Garage Studios tutor lomokev. While Adam took shots on the digital camera as well as on a couple of Holga cameras (with colour & black & white film) lomokev did his thing and with his measuring stick to hand (one of his tips & tricks). There are some really different style shots for a wedding and we are really proud of the images that we delivered to the happy couple.

We’ve just done the wedding photography for a lovely couple who got married at Newick Park in Sussex. You can see a few of the photos from the wedding below.
We shot this wedding on digital and on film in a Lomo style. We’ll be posting a blog at a later date showing you the film shots.
It was a beautiful day and Newick Park is a great location to shoot in. We also have a little film of Adam doing some group shots that we’ll post up later as well, so watch this space….
We’ve just done the wedding photography of a good friend, client and Brighton Source magazine editor, The James Kenall & Rosie Purser.
It was a lovely day and it was obvious that they had put so much effort into the whole wedding. It all took place in a local village hall in the middle of Brighton.
I love how every wedding that we do is different from all the others, they are really an expression of each individual couple. This one was no exception with a theme of church fete / street party. There was the most bunting we have every seen, lots of home made food and such a relaxed and fun atmosphere; they even had Midfield General DJ ing.
