Studio/Office Admin Assistant

As Garage Studios is expanding pretty rapidly (and with some pretty big plans for the future) we are in need of an Office Admin Assistant.
The role will cover areas such as Booking clients, booking students on courses, invoicing, dealing with Studio Hire, We are looking for an all-rounder who has excellent attention to detail but is also flexible to work in a creative environment- you dont need to be a photographer but an interest in Visual Arts and a knowledge of Garage Studios would be ideal. You’ll have an excellent phone manner, as well as an ability to write well, and as you will be a main point of contact for the Studios you’ll need good communication skills. Other non-essential but beneficial skills would be an awareness of some forms of brand identity and modern social marketing enabling you to write Blog posts and promoting Garage Studios work.
This is a paid position, and would be approx 3 days per week, if you are successful there will be a 30 day trial period and hopefully more days per week will be added as the role expands. If you have previously interned or had work experience at Garage please apply as below.
