Over the last few years the popularity of Holga & Diana Cameras has soared. The cult plastic-fantastic cameras have become popular with trendy shops and all sorts of non-photographic companies selling them. With the rise of complicated digital cameras, people are looking for a simpler and easier shooting experience.

Our Holga & Diana camera workshop will help you to understand and use your Holga and Diana cameras to its full potential, allowing you to take the photographs you want.

The course is based at Garage Studios for the first half of the workshop, whilst the second half is a photowalk around Brighton, allowing you to practice and use the techniques you learnt in the class.

Outline of the course:

• A short history of the cameras
• Understanding your camera
• How to load the cameras properly
• Different photography techniques for the cameras
• 120 film, different types & recommendations
• Advice & common mistakes when developing

For the course you will need:

A Holga or Diana camera
A notebook & pen
No prior photography experience needed

Duration: 4/5 hour workshop
Hours: 10am – 2 / 3pm on a Sunday
